Beth Shan - Quince Paste

Quince Paste - 100ml jar

Fruit sourced from multiple trees including Woodend and Malmsbury this is classical, rich paste. Being artisanal, the paste purposely has a slight grainy texture of the original fruit and a much stronger flavour.  A cheese platter favorite.

'Beth Shan' is a 150 year old heritage cottage in Woodend, owned by Anne, Peter and daughter Isabella. It is also the home of Beth Shan Preserves, a small scale artisanal producer where each product is made by hand, in the historic home's kitchen applying traditional "confiture" techniques in French copper pots.
