From their cafe HQ in Woodend, Fox in the Chamber, Remy and Bonnie create this exquisite chai using the very best ingredients. This their Sticky Brew. A rich mix of tea and spices, roasted and milled, and mixed with coconut blossom sugar.
Sticky and delicious, vegan friendly.
1 tablespoon (20gms) of Sticky Chai
Milk Chai: Firstly, warm milk of choice - we recommend stove top or steam wand - then add Sticky Chai and return to the heat until desired strength is achieved. Strain and serve.
Black Chai: Steep in 250ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, strain and serve.
