Made from local and in-season produce in the Macedon Ranges, Bespoke Preserves & Pantry creates limited run granolas, preserves and cordials that exemplify the taste of the moment.  

These micro-brew cordials are packed with flavour and made with fruits and flowers in season right now in the Macedon Ranges.

• Elderflower Chill - Light lemon and floral elderflower with organic vanilla bean - does life get better than this?
• Max It Out - blend of citrus and raspberry makes for an amazing drink perfect with any bubbles or even a good white rum.
• Tree Change - a take on a mulled wine with beautiful mix of fruit and spices turned into a cordial so all you need do is mix 1 bottle of cordial and 1 bottle of wine to make the perfect drink. Heat and enjoy!
• You Know I'd Hit It - Lilac and blueberry lemonade, perfection in a bottle!
• Oh Damn - Named by the public when trialing at the farmers market Oh Damn lives up to its name! Orange, ruby grapefruit, rhubarb and a touch of strawberry - walking the like of citrus sour and sweet it is utterly Devine with a good gin.
