This cumquat-infused, double-distilled gin started life as one of Big Tree's seasonal gins, a range of gins that reflects the ever-changing seasons and life on the farm. However, due to its popularity, they now forage enough cumquats to make this very popular gin year-round.

With its stand-out citrusy smooth flavour, it pairs beautifully with a dry tonic or a splash of soda.

Big Tree Gin is distilled in the Macedon Ranges, on Jack's Springs Farm, where Catherine and Gary produce a range of farm crafted small batch Australian gins. The botanicals used to create Big Tree gin are grown on the farm or picked and foraged as locally as possible to create a truly special gin.
