Big Tree Distillery - Grapefruit, Olive Leaf & Rosemary Gin 700ml

Big Tree love their grapefruit on the farm and grow olives and rosemary. So when asked by the Friends of The Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne to design something beautiful and delicious to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the friends we had to do a Mediterranean-style gin to welcome in the Spring and Summer season.

Big Tree Gin is distilled in the Macedon Ranges, on Jack's Springs Farm, where Catherine and Gary produce a range of farm crafted small batch Australian gins. The botanicals used to create Big Tree gin are grown on the farm or picked and foraged as locally as possible to create a truly special gin.
