The Epicurean Salad is a collection of the best sourced seasonable vegetables, hand cut and then pickled in Emelia's own spiced vinegar and spices. Fresh, crunchy and flavoursome!

The Epicurean Salad is delicious served chilled on a cheese board, or simply fresh on crusty bread.

Emelia's is a family owned business, making award making condiments and sauces from their Kyneton kitchen for over 20 years.
