Raddish have a hot peppery flavour, if eaten in a meal are very mild but if eaten by themselves can pack a punch! Perfect in a steak sandwich or to finish a stir fry.
Nutrients found in Radish microgreens are Vitamins A, B, C, E, K, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, amino acids, selenium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B9 (folic acid), omega 3 fatty acid.

That Leaf is a tiny vertical farm growing mighty microgreens in Gisborne, right in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. Their greens don’t just taste amazing—they stay fresh and crispy for at least a week (and up to two if you treat them right).
They keep things simple and delicious with single-variety packs, so you get the best bang for your buck—and flavours that play nice together on your plate. But if you want a huge pack with a selection of microgreens in it we can do that too!
