Simon is The Millett Road Maker, famous for his hand made sourdough, which he bakes at his home in Gisborne.

These crumpets are divine, light and fluffy and delicious with butter and jam.

The Millett Road Maker is intentionally small scale, and stocks are limited, so please don't be sad if we have sold out. We will get more next week!
