Like their olive oil this beautiful olive tapenade is made with love by the Pileggi family from organic olives grown on their property in Gisborne. The Pileggi family have 1200 Frantoio olive trees that are all grown organically and once picked the olives are cold pressed using methods brought across from Italy. 

With the right balance of chilies, garlic and herds this is a welcome addition to any charcuterie or cheese board and makes a perfect bruschetta every time.
