Chintin Botanicals - Kunzea Relish

Kunzea is an Australia Native Bushfood with flavour notes of both eucalyptus and citrus. It pairs beautifully with Tomato in this relish that is great with red meats and cheeses. 

Try it with our Tall Poppy beef sausages or some Azzurri Vintage Cheddar. 

Sonia and Stuart from Chintin Botanicals manage their Chintin farm using organic and regenerative farming techniques to rebuild and improve the soils as they work with the land.

In 2020, they planted their first test lavender patch, selecting it for its compatibility with the local environment and its drought resilience. Bees then naturally became part of the farm, but they also introduced a variety of native botanicals for their essential oil production, culinary uses, and even fire-retardant properties.

They distill the native botanicals and lavender themselves to create some fantastic and unique natural flavors and products that continue to evolve and need to be shared and enjoyed.
