Chintin Botanicals - Lemon Myrtle Infused Honey

This honey from bees on the Chintin Botancial farm is then infused their own grown Lemon Myrtle that brings a native twist to an age-old combination of honey lemon. 

Sonia and Stuart from Chintin Botanicals manage their Chintin farm using organic and regenerative farming techniques to rebuild and improve the soils as they work with the land.

In 2020, they planted their first test lavender patch, selecting it for its compatibility with the local environment and its drought resilience. Bees then naturally became part of the farm, but they also introduced a variety of native botanicals for their essential oil production, culinary uses, and even fire-retardant properties.

They distill the native botanicals and lavender themselves to create some fantastic and unique natural flavors and products that continue to evolve and need to be shared and enjoyed.
