How Now is all about their cows and keeping their calves by their sides - it is simply creamy, delicious, kind milk from happy cows.

Cathy is the brains and heart behind How Now, a micro dairy farm, located in Numurkah, Central Victoria. She follows biological farming practices where cows are free to roam on natural pastures, raised on 100% organic feed (where available) and with no hormones/growth promoters/antibiotics or GMO's used.

Unlike our other produce, How Now is not produced in the Macedon Ranges. However, given the absence of dairy farms in the area, and the demand from our customers to have a quality, small scale, dairy provider on board, we have made this exception.
